DROPINFINITY makes every reasonable effort to present its products as accurately as possible. However, photographs, illustrations, dimensions, or visual representations may differ slightly from the product actually delivered, particularly due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.
Such differences will not affect the essential characteristics of the product.
4. Customized Products
Certain products may be customized at the customer's request, including by adding a logo, text, artwork, link, QR code, NFC programming, or any other specific feature.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information and materials provided for the customization of an order.
The customer is responsible for checking all text, names, URLs, contact details, files, logos, images, and other information provided before confirming the order.

Prices intended for consumers include all applicable taxes where required by applicable law.
Any delivery charges or other additional costs are communicated to the customer before the order is finally confirmed.
DROPINFINITY reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, a price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for by the customer.

Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
14. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances excluded under applicable law.
This may include goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore, where a product has been specifically manufactured or customized according to the customer's instructions, including with a logo, print, text, or other specific customization, the right to return the product under the standard withdrawal right may be excluded where the legal requirements for such an exception are met.
